One of our first A-Z design and build project is showcased here. This was a turn key design and build project for our clients. For them, a complete hands off experience, where architectural drawings, structural designs and construction were all taken care of and implemented with functionality and aesthetics all taken into deep consideration.

The goal for this project was to create a modern, contemporary family home with design elements of open plan living and an easy on the eye appearance. The luxurious property is arranged over three floors of substantial accommodation and boasts an enormous square footage engineered with under floor heating. The ground floor comprises three remarkable reception rooms with the inclusion of an, 25ft kitchen/breakfast room with adjoining utility area to house those appliances catered for clutter. To the first and second floors, there are four generous double bedrooms, three of which enjoy their own personal en-suite in addition to two sizeable family bathrooms. Externally, to the rear, there is a well manicured garden mainly laid to lawn complete with an entertaining patio terrace which opens up to luxurious aluminium bifold doors, whilst to the front, there is parking for up 5+ car.

Considering this house was not a knock down new build, its cost of design and construction could have been over engineered. However, through some clever pre planning and careful structural calculations, this ‘larger home extension’ dominates the street with its presence and really sets apart from the others.
